OUR STORY
Chris's journey began in the heart of Texas, operating heavy equipment and learning the ins and outs of the construction business. A move to Florida in 2006 marked a new chapter, where he quickly rose through the ranks of the roofing industry. Driven by a desire to offer more comprehensive services, Chris obtained both building and roofing licenses, paving the way for the birth of Sunrise Contractors, Inc.

Licensed as a Florida state certified building CBC1257874 and roofing CCC1329310 contractor.
WHAT WARRANTIES DO YOU OFFER?
Yes. We offer a 2 year workmanship warranty on all services.
DO YOU PROVIDE FREE ESTIMATES?
Yes, on everything but insurance work. Insurance work requires a deposit that can be applied to the job.
DO YOU HANDLE INSURANCE CLAIMS?
Once hired Sunrise Contractors, Inc. will handle all correspondence with the insurance adjuster to reach an agreeable scope of work. Once an agreement has been reached, we will schedule the necessary repairs. The homeowner is only responsible for the deductible and any additional change orders that are not part of the claim.
DO YOU HANDLE EMERGENCY ROOF REPAIRS AFTER A STORM?
Yes. Typically after a storm, we install tarps first to mitigate additional water damage. The required repair will be scheduled and addressed ASAP.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE ROOFING REPAIRS?
Inspect the issue/problem, propose a solution/price, and schedule the repair. Currently I do not offer emergency roof services. However, I do anticipate providing emergency service in the next month or two.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE ROOFS ARE UP TO CODE FOR HURRICANE PROTECTION?
All new roofs must adhere to the current Florida Building Code. Because you have to see the nailing, there is no way of confirming if existing roofs meet current building code without causing some damage to the roof.
CAN YOU HELP WITH STORM DAMAGE ASSESSMENTS?
Yes. We have decades of experience in handling these situations.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Cash, Check, PayPal, and Zelle. Credit card payments are also available; however, customers are responsible for the processing fee associated with this option.
